Ways to Use Multiple Certificates Pro with LearnDash

Enhance your LearnDash platform with advanced certification functionality.
Easily assign and manage multiple certificates for Courses, Groups, Quizzes, and Lessons, with features that include automated delivery, real-time preview options, and streamlined access for learners.

Assign Multiple Certificates To

  • Courses
    Add a primary certificate → Enable “Add Multiple Certificates” field
    Learners can download all assigned certificates on completion
  • Groups
    • Add to the “Group Certificate” field → Enable “Add Multiple Certificates”
    • Triggered when all associated courses are completed
  • Quizzes
    • Add a primary certificate in quiz settings → Enable “Add Multiple Certificates”
    • Certificates accessible via “Print Your Certificate” button
  • Lessons
    • Enable Lesson Certificates → Add multiple certificate files
    • [lessoninfo] shortcodes available for dynamic certificate data

Auto Email & Storage Options

  • Auto-send certificates on completion of Course, Group, Quiz, or Lesson
  • Customize email: Subject, CC, Body (supports placeholders like {user_name}, {course_name})
  • Option to disable local saving (default path: /uploads/MCDLD-multiple-certificates/)

Certificate Preview Modes

  • Preview with Placeholders: See how shortcodes like [courseinfo show=”course_title”] will render
  • Preview with Static Values: Shows real sample data like “Digital Marketing Essentials”

Student Access Made Easy

  • Certificates downloadable directly from the My Account page
  • Shortcode: [mcsld_user_certificates]
    • Displays all earned certificates – filterable by type (course, quiz, lesson, group)
