Can I customize where these messages are displayed?

Yes, you have full control. Messages can be shown on the Cart Page, Checkout Page, and Product Page, allowing you to strategically influence customer behavior at crucial touchpoints.

To customize message placement:

  1. Go to Tab 1: Message Configuration when creating or editing a cart message.
  2. In the Display Options section:
    1. Enable “On Product Page” to show the message on individual product pages.
    2. Enable “On Checkout Page” to show the message at checkout.
  3. You can also schedule when the message appears using the Start Date and Expiration Date fields.

This flexibility allows you to display messages at key customer touchpoints, improving engagement and encouraging conversions.

Set up the remaining configurations and then publish the cart message to make it visible on the cart page.

Additionally, uou can also set the exact position of the message on both the Cart Page and Product Page using the Message Position Settings.
